There is word that The Ultimate Warrior will be inducted into the 2011 WWE Hall of Fame. This is far from confirmed at the moment as the WWE had wanted to induct him several times before, but apparently money was always the issue. Other names to be inducted is the Fabulous Freebird and Arn Anderson.

I just posted my latest edition of the Rick Starr blog Splash! On This edition I cover not one but TWO DVD's that feature two of the greatest wrestlers ever to come out of the WWF. The Jake "The Snake" Roberts and the other is Randy Moacho Man Savage. Will these DVD's do these two legends justice? Check out my review and find out!

Word is that Missy Hyatt posted a Blog about Tammy Sytch(aka "Sunny") regarding the Dawn Marie scandal. However her blog was removed. According to several sites that already recorded her statements, this is what she posted on facebook last week: "Tammy to my knowledge only did the convention, some miscellaneous errands, agreed to be on the cruise & be apart of a book deal that will be out for release in 2011. Tammy did not have any access to any money. Rather then mention what her actual participation was for Wrestlers Rescue, Tammy released statements that hurt everyone that has volunteered their services to Wrestlers Rescue. Though her comments may have hurt many of us on a personal & business level I can understand if she may have reacted out of fear and concern for herself. The way everyone had reacted and smeared this obvious smear campaign is scary."
It was greatly believed that Hyatt was working, or at least affiliated with Wrestler Rescue, until Hyatt gave this statement:
"I have absolutely no involvement with Wrestler's Rescue, and do not have any knowledge of their business practices," she wrote. "Although I have heard rumors about wrong-doings involving money, I do not believe them to be true. But once again, I am not a part of the above stated company."
Then she chamged course again and went on to say:
: "I tried to help Dawn with the booking agency part over 6 months ago.... that lasted 3 weeks, and it was HELP not WORK. i didnt take a dime, b/c nothing came about in the agency,. and I told her I didnt want any part of it. Everything she does is half assed, so nothing works."
It appears that Hyatt is covering her tail in the event of leagal action, by saying she's not with Wrestler Rescue, but on the same hands she wants to reap the rewards as well..

Okey dokey. Matt Dunn here running down some random thoughts about WWE.
RAW
*John Cena/Chris Jericho. It's nice to see that we are revisiting this feud. You have Cena, who loves the fans. And you have Jericho who calls us "parasites" and what not. So, polar opposites here. Good job, WWE! Now, I also like the fact that the "GM" put these guys in a tag team. That's Paul Heyman type booking, two guys who hate each other put in a tag team. Heck, WWE (then F) even put Stone Cold and Shawn Michaels together when they HATED each other and they won the tag titles that way. ECW did it with Raven and Dreamer. That's one of my favorite feud building devices---two guys who hate each other forced to work together.
*"Team RAW/Cena" Heck, I love the fact that the entire "Team RAW" Summerslam team is pretty much bickering with each other. That is fantastic! That's old school booking there. You have a team that is more or less fighting for their survival against the Nexus and they can't get along. Veddy interesting!I also hope it leads to a John Morrison heel turn. After he gets done with Truth, he should move on to Evan Bourne.
*The Miz. This is getting interesting. I like that he is having trouble to cash in the MITB unlike all previous years winners that seem to win every time they cash it in. Hopefully, it doesn't make Miz look like a choke artist in the long run. Very thin line there.
*Nexus: They showed great unity despite the fact that Otunga is still green as grass. Barrett should probably hold a title by next year.
*Randy Orton looked strong as usual, dispatching the yawnful Uso twins. If he doesn't get another title run by year's end, it's a shame.
Smackdown:
*Rey/Swagger:I'm glad they ended Rey's reign. I just don't buy him as a WHC. Sorry. I'm also glad they didn't put the belt back on Swagger. They just messed up his reign by jobbing him too much. Hopefully when he gets it back they'll know better.
*Kane/WHC:Kane deserves a reign after all his years of loyalty. It'll probably be short but that's okay. It's longer than the last one. I wasn't too much a fan of the promo because, well, long promos bore me.
*Midcard:I'm feeling a little better about Drew McIntyre. A Matt Hardy/Christian feud would be great. It'll be a little wink to the Attitude era.
*Kofi/Cody:Who is up for Kofi's title? Cody? I don't know, Cody's new gimmick could either be epic or show up on wrestlecrap.com. We'll have to wait and see.
NXT
*Not much to note because I don't watch it that much. What I did see was Percy Watson's match. You may love or hate his gimmick but he did show athleticism.
Superstars
*Goldust still manages to bust his rump despite having to job regularly.
*Zack Ryder is actually not doing too bad. Lord help me, I said it. Not fantastic but decent.
*Evan Bourne and Yoshi Tatsu are solid. They shouldn't be higher than US level though. They aren't there. If it was 2003, they would be competing for the Cruiserweight belt.
"Meh"
*I still can't stand Laycool. They just irk the heck out of me.
*I can still take or leave the Usos.
Until next time, see ya.

Late last week there were reports of Dawn Marie Damatta embezelling money from her own wrestling charity. There were several claims that the former WWE Diva's Charity was supposed to fufill, however the only thing Damatta was rumored to be filling was her purse. The following is a public letter from Dawn Marie:
On behalf of myself, the Wrestlers’ Rescue organization, and the many volunteers and donors, I'd like to strenuously deny and condemn the false and baseless defamatory statements currently circulating concerning an alleged investigation and or corruption in Wrestlers' Rescue. Not only are the accusations false they contain no merit and they are disrespectful to the volunteers who have invested their time, energies, and hearts into helping former professional wrestlers in need.
These statements (most of which appear to have begun following comments made by Mike Aldren) are defamatory and contain no basis or fact. These unfounded false allegations have put at risk our efforts to help the former stars who currently face major personal, medical, and financial crises. The damage these falsehoods may have done to real people (not wrestling “characters”;) is immeasurable.
I am currently weighing options for an appropriate and comprehensive response. When I have decided on my best course of action, as well as exploring legal options on behalf of both myself and Wrestlers’ Rescue, I will address all allegations.
A full and complete refutation of all false claims will accompany our forthcoming formal response, in the courts and/or other venues. More importantly, though I wish to express the anger I feel that for the sake of a few web hits and some false ego-gratification, all those who spread his falsehoods as “truth” may have put at risk Wrestlers' Rescue's attempts to aid good and well-loved people facing enormously difficult circumstances.
Unfortunately, internet rumor mongers feel that they can tarnish people and an organization’s reputation without any evidence and still have impunity. It is truly shameful that I must even dignify these individuals who have nothing more than time and a computer, to address these harmful and baseless allegations.
I give thanks to all my friends and colleagues who have called and written to express their anger at this attack and their support of me. It is for people like you and not the Mike Aldren's of the world that Wrestlers' Rescue exists and will expand.
-Dawn Marie

WWE previously released the "Satan's Chamber" - Anthology of Elimination Chamber. Chris Benoit was in 2005 Eleimation Chamber, thus was apart the DVD. However due to the double homicide/suicide in 2007, they edited out any comments towards Benoit. It's just another step the WWE is taking to completly black out Chris Benoit

Last Night on Monday Night Raw several people wondered if Gold Dust was injured during the 7 on 7 tag match. However reports say he worked a second dark RAW show that night.

According to Rumors, Jimmy and Jey Uso are well liked by WWE officals as "they have gone above and beyond expectations". The twin sons of Rikishi are flying through the ranks, and many are expecting them to win the titles at SummerSlam.
